As the name indicates, the Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning (CALL) is comprehensive in nature. As a result, there are a lot of data to sort through. Users can cut into the data in many ways. And, once they have identified their target areas on which they are going to focus, they can "star" those blocks of data, and save them into their personalized data report.
Once they have "starred" their data blocks and created their personalized reports, school and district leaders can use that report to examine their data rather than sort through the full report each time they enter the system. By creating a personalized data report, school and district leaders can narrow their focus for their school improvement planning.
While CALL data is comprehensive in nature, this feature makes CALL data analysis more manageable. Using this process encourages school and district leaders to get started on the work that results from using the CALL system.
